As an agency, we’re encouraging our team to spend Juneteenth reflecting on the resilience of African-American people and culture, and the deep racial inequality that persists in our society. To aid in those efforts, we have complied a resource list.

Beyond June 19th, we will continue to educate our teams on social injustice and encourage individuals to continue that work for themselves. As professionals, we are required to have foundational knowledge and do continued research to carry out our job responsibilities. Understanding the diverse experiences of our coworkers, clients, and community is just as important to our performance, and should be an equally high priority.
